Helen Ly
Human Resources Director
Helen Ly serves as Human Resources Director at Jabil, partnering with executives and managers to implement Global HR strategic initiatives in such areas as organizational and talent management, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), change management, employee relations and Total Rewards. Helen joined Jabil in August 2020, bringing more than 15 years’ experience in human resources in the finance and manufacturing industries.
Helen drives initiatives and executes best practices with colleagues in various business segments. She is an invaluable resource for Jabil divisions to foster best practices and initiatives that allow employees to address customer needs and support individual and team goals.
Prior to joining Jabil, Helen was a Senior HR Manager for Gerdau North America, where she provided HR support for the corporate office and more than 20 metals recycling sites across the U.S. and Canada. She has held a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since 2012. Helen earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Helen lives in Florida with her husband and dog.
