Cecil joined Jabil Healthcare in 2011, having served as both site and regional EHS lead for Honeywell Technologies and Sanofi Pharmaceuticals since 1996. He has a degree in both Environmental Management and Health and Safety through UCD University Dublin. During his time he has supported both operational and NPI process across both businesses, with waste management and waste recovery being central to the operational development of a diverse range of product portfolios. He currently leads the Waste Stewardship and Water Conservation programs across the Jabil network and has assisted in the design and development of a waste circular economy tool with a bespoke Jabil vendor to capture, identify and align specific waste streams and processes to maximise the rebirth and recovery of materials across the JRI segment.
